TruGuard Exterior Acrylic Primer improves the adhesion between masonry wall and exterior paint material. Usage

  • Apply with brush & roller
  • Curing: For optimum results, the masonry surface should be cured for 90 days.
  • Preparation: Remove all loose particles, fungus and algae either with jet water or wire brush, and ensure the wall is dry and free from dirt, grease, chalk and paint flakes before application. Water proofing interior walls of bathrooms is suggestible.
  • Repairs: Cut the minor cracks invo V-shape and fill with gray cement and fine sand mixture at 3:1 ratio. The crack should be wet before filling cement mixture for proper adhesion.
  • Priming: Thin 1 liter TRUGUARD primer with 1 litre, allow to dry for 6 hours after application of one coat. Apply each one coat before and after application of putty(Drying time may vary in humid climates).

Safety Instructions

  • Fall protections are recommended for applicators working on high-rises, proper respiratory masks while sanding or application.
  • Keep out of reach of children and recommending distance from food, drinks and animal feed.
  • Try not to smell or breath paint material or fumes.
  • Avoid contact with skin or eyes, wash/rinse immediately if contact with skin/eyes with plenty of warm or cold water.
  • DO not empty into drain, and refer to government regulations to dispose the residues. Clean brush only after removing paint from brush.
  • Storing food in empty can not advisable.
